Symptoms
After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3, package ARP_DDREMIT_FMT_PKG is now INVALID
While attempting to compile the package the using the command
alter package ARP_DDREMIT_FMT_PKG compile;
It shows the below error:
