Journal Entry Description Cannot Add Shipment Number Of PO Receipt AAD Validation Rpt Err 95448 (Doc ID 1534431.1)

Goal

Trying to capture the Shipment No. of the Purchase Order Receipt in the Journal Entry Line Description.
The Shipment No. is entered during the entry of the Receipt and is displayed in the Receipt Header. Need to capture this information at the Journal Entry Line Level.
In the Journal Entry Description form, the Source Shipment Number has been assigned.

Application Accounting Definition Validation Report is now erroring with the following:
Error Number 95448
The following journal entry descriptions assigned to the journal lines definition use sources in their details that have not been assigned to the event class. Please remove the source from the journal entry description details, or select a different description for the journal entry line.
If the pre-seeded Application Accounting Definition is used, it completes successfully

If the “Source” in the Journal Entry Description form is “PO Shipment number” for the same JLD & JLT it completes successfully.

The error only occurs when the “Shipment Number” is entered as a Source in the Journal Entry Descriptions (JED) form
For Event Class = Delivery to Expense Destination & Receipt into Receiving Inspection Source= Shipment Number does not exists
It does exists for Event Class= PO Delivery into Inventory


Source= PO Shipment Number
exists for Event Class= PO Delivery into Inventory, Delivery to Expense Destination & Receipt into Receiving Inspection
The Cause of this error:
  Missing Source= Shipment Number
  for Event Class = Delivery to Expense Destination & Receipt into Receiving Inspection
