When trying to create a payment in iReceivables for two customer accounts under two different organizations and the following error occurs:
The payment process failed due to the errors listed below. Please contact your system administrator for further clarification.
CREATE_CASH : ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-01403: no data found in Package AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB Procedure Create_cash
Created a payment for one account but when trying their 2nd account kept received this error when clicking Apply.
