Contact Phone Shown Incorrectly In The Service Request Form Search Grid Results (Doc ID 1534670.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

Actual Behaviour

The contact phone number is showing up in the search results of the SR even though it has been removed at the time of SR creation.


Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SR A with emp contact as XYZ who is having phone number.
2. Create a SR B with same emp contact XYZ, and before saving, remove the phone number.
3. Now search for the SRs in the Advance Search Form of the find service request form with data as parameter.
4. The phone number can be seen in the search results for the SR for which the details have been removed.
