Getting "You cannot edit this timecard because of invalid security context" When Creating New Timecard from a Function Linked to a Different Security Profile Than the Responsibility's (Doc ID 1534770.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

On 12.1.3, Navigate to Manager Self Service that is linked to Security Profile A, then open Application Favorites menu and choose "Create Timecard" that is linked to Security Profile B, the following error occurs.

You cannot edit this timecard because of invalid security context. Please logout and try again or contact your system administrator.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Manager Self-Service (Linked to Sec. Profile X) > View/Update Benefits
2. Click Actions for one employee
3. Now click on Favorites > View/Enter Time (Linked to Sec. Profile Y)
4. Click on Create Timecard > Got the error
