On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to update a service request, the following error occurs:

ORA-29877: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXUPDATE routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50857: oracle error in textindexmethods. ODCIIndexUpdate
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10607: index meta data is not ready yet for queuin in Package CS_ServiceRequest_PVT Procedure Update_ServiceRequest

When attempting to create a service request, the following error occurs.
