12.0.6 - Unexpected Error While Trying To Update "Complete - No Charges" Work Order (Doc ID 1534952.1)

When attempting to update work order that has a status of 'Complete - No Charges' in self service mode, the following error occurs can be seen in About this Page > Bug Report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Query for work order with Status Type = 'Complete - No Charges'
3. Click on Update Work Order icon at the end of the selected row.
