Issue Navigating to the Item Details Page from a Search Screen (Doc ID 1535151.1)

Symptoms


--Problem

Find that when clicking on the link of an item in the search result page, this redirects to the item page and the path shows the first available section of the minisite instead of a section that contains the item

This causes confusion for the User

 

--Expected Behaviour

When navigating to the item details page from a search screen - one of the paths to the section where the item resides should be shown

 

--Steps

1. Search for an item within iStore

2. Click on the product hyperlink in the search results page -> Go to Product details page 

3. In the product details page, the navigation to the product doesn't show the correct section/sub-section relationship for the catalog/section where the Item actually is

   Instead the item page defaults the first available section in the path

.
