Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Create Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Within Customer Support Agent Dashboard, SR Escalation the dates in the audit all appear in non 24 hour format

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
dates and times should be in 24 hour format

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support (R)
2. Agent Dashboard
3. Find sr
4. Escalate SR
5. Audit Tab
