Information in this document applies to any platform.
R12 Receipt created with missing event_id in CRH/RA/MCD tables. Generic fix to create missing receipt events. Receipt may have event_id created but not latched to corresponding AR records.

Symptoms

 

 

Receipts with missing event_id may have following symptoms :

1) Event_id not created for receipt in CRH/RA/MCD tables.
2) Event_id is created in xla_events table but not latched in AR tables.
