Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, All Shipping Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has these reports in their pick release document set:

Seeded Shipping Exceptions Report
Customized Pick Slip Report
Customized Packing Slip Report
Customized Commercial Invoice Report.

The first 3 reports are printed at pick release, but the customized Commercial Invoice report is not printing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all 4 reports to print at Pick Release

Note:  The fact that the first two customized reports printed successfully proves that patch 9245452 has already been applied.   Printing of customized documents as part of a document set is not possible if  patch 9245452 has not been  applied.  See note 413108.1  "Ability to Execute Document Sets in XML Output Format"

Also note: The fact that the packing slip prints at pick release indicates that the customer is using a Ship Confirm rule in Pick Release, so that orders are picked and shipped in one step.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick release any some order.
2. Pick Release completes successfully
3. The first 3 reports are printed on the designated printer, but the  Customized Commercial Invoice report is not printed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are continually re-printing the customized Commercial Invoice report, which wastes time, increases shipping cost, and delays shipments.
