On 12.1.3 version, Person / Assignment Issues
The Ledger field in Assignments form becomes blank after the data is saved for the first time.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: HR Foundation
2. People: Enter and Maintain -> Enter person -> Save
3. Enter assignment information including Ledger and Default Expense Account -> Save
4. Ledger field will become blank
