Symptoms


The following message is displayed continuously after click on the Configurator button from Order Management (OM):


"Configurator Processing. Please wait..."

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to use Configurator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to any Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Orders/ Line Items Tab
3. Enter an ATO or PTO model
4. Click the Configurator button
5. The following message is displayed and nothing else happens:
 "Configurator Processing. Please wait..."
