Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Approval notification emails are going to SYSADMIN instead of a default Approver setup for the "JTF User Approval"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Approval Notification should be sent to an approver who was defined on CRM Administrator UI as a default approver

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Approver in the CRM Admin UI

Resp: CRM HTML ADMINISTRATION
Navigation: User Maintenance > Setup > Approval Setup
Click: JTF User Approval
Click Next
Add, Approver

2. Register a new B2B user via iStore self-service registration UI
3. See, SYSADMIN user gets approval notification
