Customer Contacts Not Displaying in Service Contracts Authoring Form (Doc ID 1536145.1)

Symptoms

Customer contact names that were shown on the contracts in 11i are not shown on upgraded contracts in R12. 

Expected behavior:
Expect to see the customer contact names on the 12.1.3 contracts as they were shown in 11.5.10.2.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In 11.5.10.2 environment identify a Service Contract with customer contacts defined using user-defined contact roles.
2. Upgrade to R12.1.3. Observe that in the upgraded contracts the customer contact roles are shown, but the Name field is blank.
