Symptoms
Database Connections are being dropped within OTM causing various errors, such as the following:
a) "Broken Pipe" errors
b) "java.sql.SQLException: OALL8 is in an inconsistent state" errors
c) Transmissions remaining in "check" status as seen in the OTM Mediator
