How to make tables available for rate dimension calculation expressions? (Doc ID 1536273.1)

Goal

Per page 3-34 of Oracle Incentive Compensation User Guide, a rate dimension calculation expression can only be defined from the following tables:

• CN_SRP_PERIOD_QUOTAS: see above
• CN_SRP_PLAN_ASSIGNS: Stores resource plan assignments
• CN_SRP_QUOTA_ASSIGNS: see above
• CN_SALESREPS: Stores resource personal data, such as name, salesrep-id, and email address."

These tables and their related columns are currently NOT visible to create expressions. Is there a check box or switch to make these tables/columns available?
