Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, unable to re-assign the notifications for Appraisals/ Leave reqeusts/ all other HR processes requests


The system throwing error:

" ORA-20002: 3130: Activity 'HR_APPROVAL_NTF_PRC:HR_APPROVER_NTF' is a voting notification and cannot be re-assigned. ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_ENGINE", line 5931 ORA-06512: at line 1 ".



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Trying to Re-Assign a Approval Notification through workflow Administrator responsibility.
