Upgraded Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Lines Don't Contain Item Images (Doc ID 1536578.1)

Symptoms

Images existed from on bulk loaded items in 11.5.10. However, when upgrading to R12.1.3 was completed, Oracle generated new global BPAs for all the existing catalog items, but the images were not migrated with them.

The Thumbnails are fine, but the Images are not there. This can be seen in iProcurement, but upon looking into it, see that the root of the issue is actually on the global blanket purchase agreement.

At the lines level, can see that the thumbnail attribute is populated from the R122 upgrade, but the Image attribute is blank, even though the 11i bulk loaded catalogs had the images.
