Disbursement Bank Account LOV missing Account Number

In Payment Process Request UI Payment attribute page, Disbursement Bank Account LOV missing Account Number search criteria.
Bank Account Number is not shown in the LOV from Disbursement Bank Account in Payment Attributes tab.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to payable manager
2) Go to submit Submit Payment Process Request
3) Give the Payment Process Request Name
4) Go to Payment Attributes
5) Query for Disbursement Bank Account
6) In Search by there no Account Number
