R12: GLXBDORG Budget Organization - Account Ranges Form Is Greyed Out - Not Possible To Enter Data (Doc ID 1536795.1)

Symptoms

 A new budget organization got created. When clicking on "Assign" button, the form to enter account ranges opens, but is greyed out, no icon is available to enter any new row.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate GL-Budget-Organizations

2. Query for the organization

3. Presse "assign" button

4. Not possible to enter any data.
