TECHNICAL DETAILS:

This note is applicable for the Receipts belonging to upgraded periods, but receipt data is missing in XLA.

During downtime upgrade, or upgrade of the Historical Transactions program, receipts may fail to have data in XLA_EVENTS, XLA_AE_HEADERS, XLA_AE_LINES and XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS tables.

This note is being provided as a part of the Generic Data Fix (GDF) to create missing records in XLA tables for upgraded receipts.

• The datafix will create records in XLA_EVENTS, XLA_AE_HEADERS, XLA_AE_LINES and XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS.
  (Please note you will have to log a Service Request for access to the datafix script.)
  
  
• This will work for ACCRUAL, as well as CASH BASIS Accounting.

It is advised customer applies latest patch for ARXLAUPB.pls and ARMXLAUB.pls before upgrade.
