Problem When Logging Into EBS Via Email Notification (Single Sign On) (Doc ID 1537093.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Access Manager, When users trying to access E business suite URL to respond workflow notification user will redirect to OAMLogin.jsp and get below error. If user goes back and retry the respond link user will be logged in without asking username / password.
