Symptoms

In reviewing the data in GL.GL_PERIOD_STATUSES and PA.PA_PERIODS_ALL, users found that all the records in GL.GL_PERIOD_STATUSES for Project PERIOD_TYPE are in 'O' status.

This does not match the status of these periods in PA.PA_PERIODS_ALL.
