Employees Appraisal Is 'Pending Approval' After It Is Completed By Main Appraiser: Error Message 3103: Attribute 'HR_APPR_COMPL_STATUS' does not exist for item 'HRSSA/72416'. (Doc ID 1537138.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP4 version, Appraisals



For some of the employees appraisal status is 'Pending Approval' after it is completed by main appraiser.
For all employees where appraisal status is PENDINGAPPR, manager is active and appraisals not rejected by manager.
Employee appraisal status is showing as 'Pending Approval' and all fields are grayed out. So employee or manager can not update anything.

Workflow status is Error with below details :

Customer ran the update script from NOTE 553537.1 however after both of update queries, appraisal is accessible according to it's status as 'PLANNED' or 'ONGOING' but after appraisal is completed by appraiser, it is again goes into 'Pending Approval' and all fields goes grayed out.
