Symptoms

Attempting to create a journal line using a specific account combination generates an error on the form:

ERROR:
APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause (summary_flag!='Y').

If attempting to import a journal with this same combination, the Journal Import (gllez) program will flag these rows in error:
EF02:Detail Posting is not Allowed for this Accounting Flexfield.

Changes

This account combination was a parent and has been changed back to a child account.
