Symptoms

 On : 12.1 version, Reports & Concurrent Requests

When attempting to run Modifier Details (XML) Report Erroring out for all the combinations,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Calling XDO Data Engine...
java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.xdo.oa.util.DataTemplate.getDataTemplate(DataTemplate.java:379)
at oracle.apps.xdo.oa.util.DataTemplate.(DataTemplate.java:226)
at oracle.apps.xdo.oa.cp.JCP4XDODataEngine.runProgram(JCP4XDODataEngine.java:283)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:157)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. View-Requests->Submit New Request->Modifier Details (XML)

2) Price Lists (XML)
3) Pricing Formulas (XML)
4) Modifier Details (XML)
5) Qualifier Grouping (XML)
