Custom created Relationship types in Trading Community Manager not appearing in Oracle Sales-Customer

We have created custom relationship types in the relationship manager.
We have also assigned those relationship types to all the Relationship Groups.
But still those relationship types are not visible in the Customer screen of Oracle Sales.
The problem is only with the Person party types as the relationships are appearing in the Organization party type

Relationship types should show up in Sales application

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Trading community manager > Trading Community : Administration->Relationships > create relationship types
2. Assign the relationship types to all Relationship Groups
3. Navigate to: Oracle Sales > Customer > Update Customer > Go to Relationships and Interests Tab >
4. As seen above the create relationship LOV does not show the Relationship which we had added to the required Relationship Groups.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign correct relationship types
