Last updated on MAY 13, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Is it possible to use Audit Trail functionality to track sales orders by changes in the order header and/or line status ?
For example, be able to capture the user whom entered and booked an order or a user whom picked and shipped the order.

Want to create a new processing constraint at the Order Header and/or Line Entity Level with Operation as "UPDATE" and User action
as Require History for FLOW_STATUS_CODES such as Entered, Booked, Picked, Shipped, Closed Status (Validation Templates).
