Symptoms

User is entering a first Cash Dividend and receives the following error and is unable to proceed

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

and the Patch: 13059349:R12.XTR.B  has been applied

The Cash Dividend Form Version is XTRINCDV.fmb 120.12.120100

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows


The Customer has Purchased AED 50000 Deal 1019 QTY 10000
The Customer has Sold AED 25500 Deal 1020 QTY 5000

Support used the following diagnostics to obtain details of the Equity Deal and to verify that no dividends exist.
