Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to run order import to import internal orders
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type

This is despite the order transaction type specified in the Purchasing options from
having workflows assigned to it

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Order Import

Due to this issue, users cannot import he internal orders as required
