Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation
Actual Behavior:
Deliver-to subinventory is missing even with deliver-to subinventory is checked in preferences
for catalog items unable to see destination type also in edit lines page
Expected Behavior:
Expect to see deliver-to subinventory displayed during checkout for catalog item
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login custom iprocurement responsibility
2. add catalog item to cart
3. deliver.to subinventory is checked in preferences
4. checkout
5. deliver to subinventory not displayed in delivery section
6. Destination type missing in Edit Lines
