Symptoms
You have 2 E-Business suite, OID and OAM integrations. Both integrations are configured in exactly the same way, yet
a:- One instance allows users to change user passwords via the E-Business suite preferences screen. (This is the correct functionality for E-Business suite instance integrated with OAM)
b:- One instance renders a link in the E-Business suite preferences screen which does not work.
