Transaction Line Does Not Show Reference Column Value In Inquiry Responsibility

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility
: Receivables Inquiry
Navigation
: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Access the Find window
  2. Query for Reference# 66044 (From and To)
  3. Click Find
  4. This shows the invoice
  5. Click Lines, More tab shows Reference as Blank

NOTE:  Receivables Manager shows this value correctly.  This issue is with the Receivables Inquiry responsibility
