Error ORA-01403: No Data Found in EBusiness Center when Query an Account or a Party. (Doc ID 1538117.1)

Symptoms


After have upgraded technology stack from 12.1.1. to 12.1.3 , get an error when querying Accounts or Parties in eBusiness Center,



ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW_ITEM_INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


> Login under the Telesales Agent Responsibility
> Launch eBusiness Center
> Select Party Type=Party Relationship
> Retrieve accounts , enter customer in the Account field
> Press Ctrl L or any search button
> Select any Contact from the pop-up
> got the error
> Error occurs for other Party type searches as Organization search
