Goal

This document provides the detailed instructions for fixing wrong data caused by onhand corruption on lot information. This note covers two scenarios:

Scenario 1 - When the Item is not lot controlled and the onhand quantity shows Lot Number populated.

Scenario 2 - When the Item is lot controlled but the onhand quantity does not show any Lot Number associated.

Also this document will show all the available information regarding the Root Cause of this data corruption.
