Symptoms

Contracts clause pending approval after approving the notification. Running Workflow Background Process as per <Note 728019.1>

Error:

ORA-25455: evaluation error for rule set: APPLSYS.WF_DEFERRED_QUEUE_M_R, evaluation context: APPLSYS.AQ$_WF_DEFERRED_TABLE_M_V ORA-25447: encountered errors during evaluation of rule APPLSYS.WF_DEFERRED_QUEUE_M$1 ORA-00911: invalid character

2. Create Clause
3. Submit for approval. .. Error
