Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Latin Tax Engine

When attempting to save an invoice, the following error occurs.

No tax Code associated to Rate level rule for Tax Category ICMS_ST_C and Contributor type Contribuinte

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables  with Latin Tax Engine activated for Brazil
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
Create a transaction and save
