Goal

After completing the upgrade process from 11i to R12, some concurrent jobs errored because the APPLPTMP parameter was not set correctly.
All concurrent jobs which use the APPLPTMP failed.
Many of these concurrent programs are submitted by the R12 upgrade driver and have to run as part of upgrade process completion.

The following concurrent jobs failed to complete:
Service Contracts ASO Queue Migration
Service Contracts eBTax Migration
Service Contracts Update History Annualized Factor Manager
Service Contracts Update Base Annualized Factor Manager
Launch Process Workflow for existing Service Contracts
Service: Upgrade for Audit Creation Record - Manager
