Can Set Primary Language But Cannot Update In CC Form Party Information Tab

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Primary Language on the Party Information retains the original value and cannot be updated when the field is made updatable using personalizations.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Personalization to make the field Primary Language on the Party Information Tab updateable as follows:
Trigger Event: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE
Trigger Object: PARTY_INF_CUST_PER_BLK.PREFERRED_LANGUAGE
Processing Mode: Not in Enter Query Mode
Object Type: Item
Target Object: PARTY_INF_CUST_PER_BLK.PREFERRED_LANGUAGE
Property Name: UPDATE_ALLOWED
2. Open the Contact Center form and Query any Person (not Organization)
Go to the Primary Language on the Party Information Tab.
Enter any value from the LOV and Save. (eg: English)
Close the CC form and query the same Person
Go back to the Primary Language on the Party Information Tab and change English to another language like Arabic and Save. It saves without any errors.
Query the person again and the language is still English and not Arabic.
