Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP): Users Can Create Follow Up Task Even If Service Request Is Close

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On 12.1.2, Users are able to create a follow up task in the Field Service Technician Portal for a Closed Task/SR.
Once the SR/Task is closed, it should not be possible to create a follow up task. The 'Create Task' button should be disabled.
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request and Task
3. Complete Task and close the SR.
4. Login to Field Service Technician Portal and open this Closed Task.
5. Find that the 'Create Task' button is enabled.
