Reconciliation Code On Work Order Is Not Displayed Under Chinese Login But Is Visible Under English Login (Doc ID 1539954.1)

Symptoms

On Application Release 12.1.3, it was found that Reconciliation code is NOT visible under Chinese login, on Work Orders page under Maintenance Super User responsibility.

However, save value is displayed under English login.
