Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1:- Integrate the E-business suite with OAM following

Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with Oracle Access Manager 11gR1 ( using Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate [ID 1309013.1]

2:- Attempt to login.

3:- Error occurs
