Collector Setup Form Issue: Running a Query returns Relatives of the Employee Searched (Doc ID 1540461.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to setup a Collector in the ARXSUDCA form.

When you enter the employee, you run a search on '339183%' expecting to get the right record since the actual employee number is 339183. However, when you run the search the results brings back the relatives of the employee, such as: the mother, wife, etc.
