Shipments Deleted in OTM Still Shows in FTI (Doc ID 1540595.1)

Symptoms

After a shipment is created, the ETL job is run so as to move this shipment to the FTI database. Later the shipment is deleted in OTM. It is found that the shipment remains in FTI database, even after running the ETL job again.
