Last updated on FEBRUARY 26, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Territory Management - Version 12.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Requests

'Assign Territory Access for New Mode' concurrent program runs into error

We want to run the TAP program only for certain opportunities like for those having the sales channel = 'CALL CENTER'
For doing so we are running the Assign Territory Access for New Mode program with following parameters
     Account Type = ALL
     Lead status = ALL
     Opportunity status = OPEN
Opportunity Addl where clause = CHANNEL_CODE = 'CALL CENTER'

When doing so the program completes with a user defined exception

When we run the same program without giving the Opportunity Addl where clause it runs successfully.

How do we use the Opportunity Addl where clause to update only certain opportunities?
