Picking Rule Is Not Allocating from Multiple Lots when Quantity can be Fulfilled Using Multiple Lots Instead of Single Lot ? (Doc ID 1540677.1)

On :  12.1.3 version, Pick Release

When attempting to perform allocation during pick release, the following error occurs.

Picking Rule was setup as below -



ERROR
-----------------------
Error: The material sourcing process failed to create picking suggestion for line 1 of move order number 2767430.
Since the allocation process is causing pick release to fail, the pick and ship functionality cannot be implemented.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will by performing pick release with Auto Allocate = 'Yes' and Auto Pick Confirm set to "No" and then perform a manual allocation from Inventory.
Inventory -> Move Orders -> Transact Move Orders
