Scripting Panel Shows Image That Says "Oracle Scripting 11i" In R12 (Doc ID 1540726.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading Oracle Scripting from 11i to R12. On the Scripting Panels there is an image that says "Oracle Scripting 11i". Even a new script in R12 also shows this image "Oracle Scripting 11i".

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Scripting User
(N) Scripting Demo Form

Start a Script.

In R12, the image 'Oracle Scripting 11i' is shown.
