Symptoms

Attempting to access the Relationships or Hierarchy and complete and activity and receive the following error:

This record in table hz_parties cannot be locked as it has  been updated by another user.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Customer Online Superuser
Navigation:  Adminstrator > Relationships
Try to inactivate the existing the relationship

or

Responsibility:  Customer Online Superuser
Navigation:  Hierarchy > View Any Existing Hierarchy
Click on Move button
