You have a claim of type chargeback and after its approved by the approvers, its status changing from Pending_Approval to Open again. The receipt associated with SR looks fine.
An error has occured during Approval of the Claim:
ORA-6502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-6502: at : "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 5774 ORA-6502: at line 6
Below is the claim error message which users get through email notification:
Error Log: 1: ORA-28115: policy with check option violation in Package ARP_CHARGEBACK_COVER Procedure create_chargeback
